HINGHAM BOWMEN

Hingham Bowmen formed back in 2009 after a series of evening classes held on the sports hall field. We shoot in the hall between the months of September and March (Friday at 6:30pm), then over at Scoulton during the summer months.

Hingham bowmen archery club has a strong membership of around 30 members, competing at club, county and national levels. We use bows from Compound to Longbow and everything in between.

Throughout the year, we hold a number of taster sessions and beginner courses for those wishing to join the club or just to give it a go. Our fully qualified coaches are on hand to offer guidance and tips, for every level of archer and experience.

The club hosts a number of competitions during the winter months (at the sports hall), most recently including the Norfolk County Indoor Championships - taking a few of the individual title along the way! The club boasts a strong emphasis on both social and enjoyable archery.
